In the mid-1980s, the fitness boom picked up speed, with a new gym opening almost weekly. What was missing for the visitors of these studios, however, was a shoe with which one was safe in all areas. Whether in the fitness class, on the treadmill, the squash or the weight room – the Reebok Workout proved its crosstrainer qualities and skilfully covered each of these areas. The main characteristic is the so-called H-Strap side panel, which offers maximum lateral support. In 1986, the sneaker was supplemented by the big brother Workout Plus, later came the versions Workout Lo Clean and a vulcanized skate variant, which was recently reinterpreted by the Skate Brand Palace. Gosha Rubchinskiy collaborates with Reebok and deliberately chooses the Workout Plus and presents the sneaker in the current “ghetto chic” style. Whether Colab or normal release, the Reebok Workout range is hard to beat in terms of authenticity and makes every outfit complete.
